For a long time, we have been receiving demands from our friends in the sector regarding the supply of such products. We thought about why not and started feasibility studies. First of all, we have listed the needs of SMEs in our sector related to the product according to their importance. As a result of a long and detailed research, we have obtained two important data. The first data we obtained was that the existing products do not meet the capacities of our SMEs or they are exhausting our businesses due to their extremely high prices. The second data was more serious than that. Namely; 85% of the products capable of meeting the needs of the sector came from imports from abroad and this caused damage to the national capital. Therefore, we rolled up our arms and decided to work to find a solution to this problem of our sectoral SMEs.

As Mr. Gürkan explained, we had to keep the purchase cost at a reasonable level. We first focused on this issue and decided that the design of the machine as a flat with a standard 1300 × 2500 mm table size would provide optimum results in terms of price and benefit. Thus, we tried to make the needs of the companies that are both furniture and door manufacturers affordable. In addition, we also thought of offering the 2100x4000mm dimensions with the cover manufacturers.

We also noticed that the existing machines were built on conventional systems: a milling unit with multiple tool changers and aggregates for horizontal operation or an extra horizontal milling motor. This was one of the most well-known problems in which the time it took to change tools was greatly extended. So we decided to concentrate on this. We had to increase productivity by reducing operating times on the machine. As a result of our research, we found that many operations can be performed with an average of three different teams. At this point, we did not avoided creative ideas and came up with a very unusual but efficient system. By introducing a different approach; İn our machine, instead of tool changing magazine, we used three independent milling units, each of which can work separately on the vertical axis. Not only that, we have made one of these milling units +/- 90 ° operable. This eliminates the need for costly aggregates or an extra horizontal milling head for horizontal milling operations, as well as eliminating the time lost for tool changing. We also increased the horizontal machining capability and performance thanks to the direct connection of the tool to the motor. One of the most important ease of use we added to this machine was the ability to perform horizontal operations such as the lock location of the door placed directly on the flat table without the need for any extra apparatus (vacuum cups etc.) thanks to the longer than normal strokes in the x, y and z axes.

We have never avoided using the highest quality products when manufacturing the machine. In all bearing systems on the machine, rack, pinion gear and worm screws, servo motor and motor drives, the world’s expert in the subject; We preferred HSD for milling motors which are the most important parts of the machine and Osai as CNC operator. In order to keep the workpiece stable on the flat table during the operation, we provided suction with two 230 m3 / hour (7.5 Kw) vacuum pumps.

In return for all these efforts, we believe that we have created a brand new CNC Machining Center that stands out with its high quality and efficiency and at an affordable price for the needs of our sectoral SMEs.
