Vacuum - Membrane Presses and Fully Automatic Pin System

1 - TRANSFORM series:

This model was developed by converting from a general purpose normal hydraulic press machine. It is quite similar in body structure. Thus, in addition to being used as a vacuum-membrane press, it can be used as a normal press machine for pressing many materials such as doors, veneer, laminates and the like. Heat plates made by drilling one piece of steel are heated with oil and homogeneous heat distribution is provided by special circulation system. This machine is manufactured as standard with single trays and double trays on request. The standard tray size is 1400 x 2500 mm. Tray movements are done by hand. The operating cycle during pressing is fully automatic. For this purpose, the machine is supported by a multifunctional PLC. Vacuum, membrane or vacuum + membrane types can be selected by selecting the desired program type to perform a wide range of jobs. It is very easy for the user to store the programs related to the operating cycle. Thus, different programs are made for different types of thickness and / or color of PVC, and then stored in memory, can be easily loaded from memory and start to work immediately. These operations are made simple by the 7-inch touch screen and visual programming. Membrane or non-membrane pressing selection is made with a single button on the control cabinet. The removal and installation of the membrane in the machine is a few minutes. Working with a total pressure of 3.5 + 1 kg / cm2, this model is ideal for all kinds of 0.2 and 0.4 thickness matt PVC foil and natural wood veneer doors and doors. It can also be used for medium glossy PVC (high gloss) cover works.

2 - FORMA series:

Designed primarily as a vacuum-membrane press, this model has all the features of the Transform series. In the Forma series, which is produced as 1400 x 3200 mm and double table as standard, table movements are also automatic. Therefore, this model runs fully automatically. It is also possible to manually control the entire machine by switching it to the manual position. This machine, which works with a total pressure of 6 + 1 kg / cm2, gives excellent results for all kinds of matt PVC doors, doors and natural veneer works of 0.2, 0.4 and 0.6 mm thickness as well as glossy PVC (high gloss) doors and doors. . It provides the best adhesion with the applied pressure. It provides optimum working conditions with auxiliary air compartment and hot air blowing options on request. Thanks to the high pressure, it is possible to press at relatively low temperatures, thus eliminating the problem of the so-called orange surface in glossy PVC work. Thanks to the auxiliary air chamber, there is no need to remove and install the membrane on the machine for working with and without membranes. Switching between operating modes is easy with a button on the machine. Thanks to these features, it is possible to operate the machine in various ways according to different tasks. Forma series machines can be fitted with automatic membrane tensioning system. Thus, the membrane remains constant tension and smoothness, facilitating the operator’s work and improving the press quality.

3 - Fully Automatic Pin System

The fully automatic pin system produced by As Metal R & D unit can be installed in As Metal brand Transform and Forma series machines and thanks to its compact design, it can be placed in vacuum-membrane press machines of other manufacturers. This automatic pin system can be applied to machines with one or more tables and can be made in desired table sizes. Since 1 pin mechanism is placed in the machine, the cost is affected as an amount if the number of trays increases.

The procedure is as follows:

a) The position and size of the parts placed on the trays are determined by a special high-resolution electronic reader.

b) Information from this reader is sent to the PLC. The received information is passed through a special filter algorithm and made ready for processing.

c) PLC regulates the pins in the machine and makes it ready for pressing.

All these operations are completed in approximately 40 seconds. In this way, the pre-preparation time lost to raise the parts to be pressed is seriously recovered.
