GENERAL FEATURES

Adheres thermoplastic foil and wood veneers to carved or flat surface panels. Vacuum, Membrane, Vacuum-Membrane press can be operated in different functions.

Thanks to its Vacuum-Membrane feature, it enables the use of part PVCs and saves material. Heat plates are oil heated and homogenous heat distribution is provided on the whole surface by means of special serpentine or solid plate system. The operating cycle during pressing is fully automatic. For this purpose, the machine is supported by a multifunctional PLC. Vacuum, membrane or vacuum + membrane types can be selected by selecting the desired program type to perform a wide range of jobs. The programs related to the operating cycle can be stored and this provides great convenience for the user. After the different programs are made and stored for PVC types of different thickness and / or color, they can be easily loaded from memory and start to work immediately.

All operations are made very simple for the user thanks to the 7-inch touch screen and Turkish-language visual programming. Membrane or non-membrane pressing selection is made with a single button on the control cabinet.

TRANSFROM

This machine is manufactured as standard with single trays and double trays on request. The standard tray size is 1350 x 2500 mm. Optionally, it can be made as 1400 x 2500 mm. Tray movements are done by hand. The operating cycle during pressing is fully automatic.

Working with a total pressure of 3.5 + 1 kg / cm2, this model is ideal for all kinds of matte PVC foil with 0.2 mm and 0.4 mm thickness and natural wood veneer cover works. It can also be used for medium glossy PVC (high gloss) cover works. The rubber-silicone membrane hanging on the top plate of the machine is a few minutes of operation.

FORMA

Designed primarily as a vacuum-membrane press, this model has all the features of the Transform model. As standard, 1350 x 3000 mm dimensions (optionally 1400 x 3200 mm can be made as) and the double-table is produced in the form of table movements are also automatic. Therefore, this model operates fully automatically, if desired, it is also possible to manually control the entire machine by switching to manual mode. This machine works with a total pressure of 4 + 1 kg / cm2 (1400x 3200 mm table size; 5 + 1 kg / cm2), perfect results for all matte PVC covers and natural veneer works with a thickness of 0.2 mm, 0.4 mm and 0.6 mm. It gives satisfactory results for high gloss cover works. Provides safe adhesion with the pressure applied, hot air and auxiliary air compartment options that can be added on request minimizes the problem of so called the orange surface in glossy PVC works and gives very good results.

FORMA PLUS

This machine, which was developed by the jersey model, has a standard auxiliary air chamber function and can optionally be converted into a hot air chamber. Table dimensions and working conditions are the same as for Jersey model. The most distinctive feature of this model is its pressing power.

It is specially designed for high gloss cover works with a pressure of 5,5 + 1 kg / cm2. This ensures that glossy PVC foils that are more difficult to shape are pressed under lower temperatures. Adhesive PVC foil does not lose its brightness, surface surface so called the orange surface disappears and gives excellent results. Thanks to the auxiliary air chamber, which is standard in this model, there is no need to remove and install the membrane on the machine for working with and without membranes. Switching between operating modes can be easily done with a button on the machine.
